If there’s one thing that Pascal Bertschinger and Fabian Fuchs have in common, it’s the fact that they are both artists in their own right: Pascal conjures up the most delicious creations in the kitchen, while Fabian is creative on the canvas with paper, paint and pens. We are convinced that when two great artists work together, the result can only get better. And so the idea for this “Art Dinner” was born.
The first edition of the collaborative evening took place in Laax, Switzerland at the Riders Restaurant. Pascal and his team prepared a five course menu that was accompanied by FFF’s live painting and conversations with the guests.
